Litter robot blinking yellow and red.

Quick question. I got a litter robot 2 for about 2 years. It stop working today. The “empty” and “cycle” bottoms doesn’t work but only reset bottom works and “ready” is flashing blue. If I push the “reset” bottom, “cycling” is flashing yellow in 4 times per sec. The problem didn’t solve after I cleaned up pinch pins.Tldr: my robot has a blue flashing light and none of the buttons do anything, only on/off. I've tried the basics. I've had the litter robot for a few years, but can't remember if it's a 1 or 2 model. I've encountered an issue I can't fix. It started with the quick flashing yellow light (pinch detector issue).Just setup the LR4 - added litter and plugged in. During its first cycle it got stuck and won’t return to the home position. The lights are flashing 3 red and 2 yellow. Checked magnets etc. Haven't yet replaced it. The machine works well without any litter or any other weight of the drawer. However, as soon as I added litter, it cycled once but then stopped cycling.
