Litter robot buttons not working.

Not sure, but my frustration level and the machine are both much better now. All kidding aside, the concept of the Litter Robot 4 and incumbent technology is wonderful, but I wonder if it is just a little too technically advanced in hardware and firmware "stuff" which renders it too advanced for a pet pooh device. I can't turn it off, reset it, or do an else using the buttons on the front. I've tried unplugging it and leaving it unplugged for ~24 hours. When I plug it back in the yellow light remains lit and the unit is unresponsive. Make sure waste bin is empty -> push reset button -> push cycle button. Unplug from power -> check waste port in globe for clumps / obstructions -> Plug in & power on -> complete two manual cycles.
