Nissan xterra vdc off slip reset.

Replaced my cam shaft position sensor on both banks today. The check engine light and the slip light are gone but the VDC OFF light is still there even when I press the VDC button. Does anyone have any ideas? Do I have to clear codes? Figured the code would be clear since the service engine soon light went away. This is most likely the issue. I had these same lights come on in my G35 and after replacing the camshaft sensors, that fixed the issue. There were different light patterns but mostly it seemed to start with flickering Diff Lock light, then VDC Off light, then Diff Lock goes out and ABS, VDC Off, and VDC Slip are all on. It came with code P1839 and the dealer said faulty diff lock position switch/sensor. Replaced that (under warranty) and everything fine since.The VDC Off/SLIP lights stayed on the rest of the day.
