The rear extension output shaft bushing is GM Part 15665313, found by someone's measurements in a comment on Amazon. Neither of these parts are supposed to go in my 2003 Silverado 1500 1/2 ton 4wd pickup.

You probably will have better luck finding the specific case half you need by finding/figuring out the model number for your transfer case (for example, for the GMT800's, it was NP261, NP263HD, NP246 and more).
