Hello, I have an issue that started happening about a month ago and everything was fine for the first 5 months of service. Like the subject says, I am getting massive ping spikes or basically 100% packet loss at every 15 minutes intervals, throughout the day, everyday. It's definitely NOT random.
I'm an AT&T Broadband customer in Houston & my IT team is showing me I've got packet loss up to 60%. During working hours, makes it impossible to work. Any service updates coming?Here is a view of PingPlotter based on the last 12 hours, every red line is a 100% packet loss spike where my internet freezes, and I have continuous high packet loss in between as well. The packet loss does not begin at my own personal router, nor does it begin at the ATT router which are the first two hops:I have 50% packet loss. It's been like this since it was installed. After waiting a week just for my online order to be processed after someone from the call center screwed up and caused me to wait...Very High Latency/Packet Loss evening hours. Try to call ATT support but they had no solutions. Every evening 6:30PM till around 11PM my fiber service experiences very high latency and packet loss making the internet service very unreliable. Not sure how to proceed with getting escalated support.Connection drops every 10 minutes, I experience 100% packet loss. I am monitoring with PingPlotter Pro to 5 different external IPs and they all drop for about 15/20 seconds. Creating all kinds of havoc on my connection reliability.
