I use zoom nearly constantly throughout the day (work from home) and, since switching to AT&T, I get freezes 3-4 times per hour. I started running ping (ping 8.8.8.8) to see if there was a correlation, and sure enough, whenever there's a issue with zoom, ping reports either high latency (> 2000 milliseconds) or packet loss.
