Energy Max is OK, but even with Rhino's tiny energy pool, you'd need 3-4 shards just to equal Primed Flow. If your energy economy is funded by Arcane Energize, stick with Primed Flow. Yes. Archon shards aren't necessary at all. You can put any archon shard on any frame and run a level 50 capture mission. Let's just save some braincells and skip this discussion, let's agree that everything is as good as the next thing cause not everyone is a meta slave I wasnt even saying that the effect is bad, just that it's undertuned.In general, these Archon Shards offer benefits too niche for most builds. Out of the 12 modifiers available from these shards, only 3-4 of them are worth considering. Corrosive Status Cap allows you to fully strip armor with two Emerald Archon Shards installed, giving Warframes a new means of stripping armor.

Azure Archon Shards don't have a lot to offer that can't get elsewhere and doesn't need much more of, but I suppose you could opt to put them into Armor and change out Arcane for something else you want. Violet and Emerald Archon Shards have nothing to offer to his basekit, though if you really like to melee, Violet has some large boosts there.
