Comcast Fiber is the same as AT&T Fiber, but Comcast Coaxial is different. E.g. where we can get Fiber from Comcast in San Jose area, we may not get fiber from AT&T, and vice versa. Where I live, you can get up to 100Mb download/20Mb upload from AT&T, but full symmetrical 1 or 2Gb from Comcast.
