How to stop a recording on xfinity.
DVR recording disappearing without being deleted and DVR is at 63%. The problem I’m having is recordings are disappearing off my DVR without being deleted. They do not show up in the deleted file. First call to Xfinity, the agent was able to read back to me the titles of the missing programs and said she would reinstate them in an hour.
No way to remove an old series from the recording list. On the DVR you can look at the series recording list and remove an old canceled series. With the Stream app the there is no way to delete a series unless you see an episode. So an old canceled series just stays in the list forever.
