Intake heater light on freightliner.

We have had numerous inake heater relays fail on 3116/3126 engines. The C7 engines use a heavier relay. The earlier relays are to small to carry the 90+ amp load. On the 3116/3126 engines we have been using the Blue Bird relay that is used for the body heater/light functions. It does require replacing the terminal ends with something much heavier.ok, attached is a pin diagram for the air heater. check all fuses with a test light for power on both sides key on. Roy.
