I have cleaned the cell (was scaled on each end) and re-instlled but again the codes have come back on. The flow sensor is clean. The temperature sensor matches the pool temp. I am having a similar problem with my almost 7 year old PLC1400 - We reversed the 3 prong power cord and the code switched from 121 to 120. We added a tiny bit of extra salt (I had a little left over) to bump up my salt ppm numbers a bit - and I am planning to do a quick acid cleaning of the cell next. I have an extra power cord I will also try.
