Ditch the teed return line. That isn't doing you any good. Now connect it to the vent fitting that vents the rear (tallest) part of the tank so that the fuel is actually circulating back to the tank. Now connect the front tank vent to the main tank vent high up in the fender near where it joins the filler neck.
