We recently replaced all of the door hardware in our home with Kwikset handlesets. Everything went good except the front door hardware. The deadbolt that was sent was only a tap in and we needed one that also has a plate on the latch. We ended up using the old one so it covered the mortise, more for the appearance than operation.
