Company has grown so large so quickly that it has had a negative impact on the work environment. Misleading - they used to say you could make 90,000 a year, however this was only if you worked 40+ hours a week. This is not achievable.Cons. Split for NPs is too low and not national standards- you get 52% of what you brought in per patient. They do not supply any computer, IT support, or technology stipend either. Overall low pay for what you are getting.
