I did order the mec step down 410.410 resizing on MEC 600 Jr. I seem to have an excessive amount of brass shavings from my AA hulls when I run them through the resizing ring on the MEC 600. The entire circumference seems to be affected by the resizing process. I am currently using up the last of my old CF AA hulls, but the newer HS hulls have the same issues.I have thousands of once-fired old-style AA .410 hulls and some of them refuse to accept even a Winchester primer easily. Nov 14, 2012 · I bought an old mec 600jr and would certainly like to know what model it is! After some encouragement from members on this site to an earlier post, I went out and found the box with my 12 ga reloader. I believe it is a MEC JR 600. I am trying to figure out if it is a Mark 5. I went to the mec site and it is NOT an 82-85 because it does not have the model embossed on the base. It could be a pre 82 or it could be a Mark 5.
