Packages usually get stuck there for a week or more. I got a tracking number and it says it arrived at the Fed ex location in Illinois on 10/9/22. No updates since then, said it's supposed to arrive 10/14/22 by end of day. So, judging my everyone's horrible Fed ex experience, I'll be on the lookout for my steam deck around 10/21/22.There are steam decks that shipped through UPS. Im already more comforted by UPS. They use UPS for RMAs but initial shipments are with FedEx. I am a UPS worker that work in Chicago which is 40mins to 1hr away from Carol Steams. Steam ships the deck fedex home delivery...those drivers don't actually work for fedex. What they do is bid the routes out and whoever comes in the lowest gets the route. Its hard to notice because they still drive fedex trucks and wear fedex uniforms but if you look on the truck it should have something like JR's trucking or XPV delviery.you better contact valve support. chances are they will probably refund you the money and you’ll lose your spot in line. fuck that sucks. valve really has to do something about the obvious box for these things. also requiring signatures would be a good step. 18.Make Your OLED Dreams Come True! Take the day off, stand ready with a bat or 12 Guage and wait for it to arrive. I would install doorbell camera just for this alone, so if it is stolen you have proof. I would get a doorbell camera. If you can prove it was stolen, they will replace it.
