You are so dumb. Yuumi's relatively easy low APM gameplay allows for talented gamers to play on 2 accounts simultaneously. Most Yuumi mains are just challenger Khazix/Talon/Graves on their other acc. Champions with silences and suppression are REALLY good into vlad, malzahar is an incredibly good pick into vlad if you don't know how to play anivia. It's such an easy matchup for Ekko as you scale pretty hard so unlike most matchups for Vlad he can't just only farm and expect to win.
