With all the changes, bungie made it's surprising that they didn't solve this Lost Sector drops issue. I ran todays lost sector 12 times and got only one exotic drop, unluckiest I have ever been. Some people have started keeping track of large amounts of platinums. They're getting well over 30% for legendary.
